Parent Resources

As a parent you serve many roles in our soccer community. Coach, volunteer, fan, team manager, carpool director, administrator…no matter what you do on or off the field you are a role model for your player and your player’s teammates and you are a steward of their soccer development. You are an integral part of your player’s development and our overall soccer community.  Learn more.

A Safe Place to Play

Washington Youth Soccer’s Risk Management program is in place to identify and assess potential risks for our soccer community, and to then monitor and minimize the probability and/or impact those risks could pose.  Managing risk ranges from concussion protocol to providing background checks for all of our volunteers, coaches and staff.  Our Risk Management Program includes the US Youth Soccer’s Kids Safe Program, which provides guidelines for creating the safest possible environment for our players, and the Washington Youth Soccer Insurance Program.  Learn more.
