Soccer for Success
is the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s innovative youth development program that uses soccer as a tool to combat childhood obesity and promote healthy lifestyles for children in low-income urban communities. The Soccer for Success
program provides each school three 90 minute after-school sessions for two twelve-week seasons.
To provide this program in our 12 school communities, we rely on the volunteering support of our families and community. There are many ways to volunteer, from being a support coach working with the coaching team, as a attendance and sign out helper, as a equipment helper or as an organizer at our various events throughout the school year.
