RMA Renewal Now Open in Affinity

WA Youth Soccer volunteers, coaches, and referees can now begin applying for their annual background check for the 2014-2015 seasonal year in Affinity. An applicant can apply for their risk management (RMA) clearance at any time before their next season starts. The RMA clearance is valid for a year from the date of application and WA Youth Soccer will send an email reminding the applicant when they need to reapply for the following year.

Second and third Special Topics Coaching Seminars announced for 2014

The Washington Youth Soccer Coaching Department has announced the next two sessions in a series of Special Topics Coaching Seminars geared toward helping all levels of coaching within Washington Youth Soccer. The topics for the next two sessions are “Goalkeeping for U-10+” and “Team Building.” The Special Topics Coaching Seminars are led by Washington Youth Soccer's Technical Director Timo Liekoski and Director of Coaching Education Shannon Murray, as well as special guest speakers.
